Balloon columns are built on a reusable base. If the column stand is returned after your event, you will receive a $20 refund.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included in the standard price for events within 15 miles of Chino, CA. Events located beyond this distance may be subject to an additional travel fee. If applicable, this fee will be discussed and confirmed prior to your event.
